to start
this blog is being created to keep a track of where dialog screws up. i believe we deserve a better service from this telco than we are currently receiving.

Hi I came across this blog by accident but its amazing no one has made any comments for many years because now it sucks even more than before.
Indeed.
I have plenty of horror stories to relate. It is also one the worst managed companies in Sri Lanka.
